St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church
Welcome
St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church serves the Lake Norman region with the worship and life of the Orthodox Church. If you are new to Orthodoxy, we will help you follow the service and explain what you see and hear. Our community is a blend of backgrounds united by a shared desire to know Christ and to live the gospel. On Sunday we gather for Orthros and the Divine Liturgy, we pray for one another, and we share fellowship after the service. You will find a peaceful space, a steady rhythm of prayer, and people ready to welcome you.
What you can expect
Expect a service that centers on prayer, Scripture, hymns, and the Eucharist. We sing as a congregation and we listen to readings that shape our minds and hearts. Children are part of our life and we support parents as they teach the faith at home. We offer education for all ages, including introduction to Orthodoxy, Bible study, and seasonal gatherings. We keep schedules clear and communicate in simple language so you know where to go and how to participate. If you have questions about the faith or parish life, ask a priest or a greeter and we will guide you with care.
