Grace Lutheran Church
Welcome
Grace Lutheran Church gathers on Oakland Avenue to share God’s grace with neighbors. The congregation belongs to the ELCA and welcomes guests from across York County. You will find two Sunday services with Holy Communion and a simple path to connect during the week. The church site lists service times, directions, and contacts at gracerockhill.com. When you arrive, you will see clear signs to the sanctuary, nursery, and classrooms. Greeters offer bulletins and answer questions. Come as you are and focus your heart on Jesus.
Worship follows a historic pattern that centers on Scripture, prayer, and the table. One service uses piano and choir. One service uses pipe organ and choir. Children and adults serve as readers, ushers, and acolytes. The message connects the Gospel to ordinary life. Between services, you can share coffee and meet people. Formation for all ages meets during the morning. Leaders teach the Bible and the basics of Christian life. Kids learn in safe rooms with trained teams. Teens meet mentors who listen and guide. Adults join Bible studies and seasonal classes. During the week you can serve through food support, visitation, and local school partnerships.
If you want to step in, start with a newcomers conversation. You can ask about beliefs, baptism, and membership. If you were baptized before, the church recognizes that gift. If you seek baptism, pastors will meet with you. If you have questions, leaders listen and guide you to clear answers from Scripture. You can join a serving team that fits your gifts. You might greet at a door. You might help with music. You might lead a study. You can also give toward the work of the church. Leaders share how offerings support ministry on campus and in the city. If you travel, you can watch for updates on the website and weekly email. To plan your visit and see the church calendar, use gracerockhill.com. We hope you find rest, truth, and a community that helps you follow Jesus with courage and hope.
