Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is located at 500 Wildlife Parkway, Columbia, SC. From downtown Columbia, take I-126 West toward Harbison Boulevard. Exit at 2A for US-378 West toward Lexington. Turn left onto US-378 West, then right onto Wildlife Parkway. The zoo entrance will be on your left. Ample parking is available on-site
